Opening an account is quick and easy, just click on “Sign up” on the starting page and follow the instructions. Make sure to enter the correct details for confirmation purposes. Please remember your password and account number. Your password is case-sensitive and has to be entered the same way each time. As soon as you have entered and confirmed your details you can start playing immediately. After registration we will also send you an email with the details you need. Be sure to save this information in a safe place.

Please follow the instructions below to download our Poker software:
• Make sure that all your other applications are closed then click on the Download button to start the software download. The initial download will only take a couple of minutes depending on the speed of your Internet connection.
• Install the Gnuf software application file that you have saved to your desktop. Double click to open Gnuf - the installation wizard will then begin.
• Follow the prompt installation process and the software will be installed. Please note that the software is not available for Macintosh and Linux. There are however, ways to play from your Mac. For more information visit our Mac page.
When you join a Play for fun table, you are entitled to 2000 USD (play currency) per 24 hours. Once you have exhausted your money, also referred to as chips, you will have to wait until that time has lapsed. When you choose a table you can see how high the stakes per table are. We advise beginners to start with the lowest amounts possible, so that they can learn the game. We advise you to play and bet wisely as you will start to really enjoy the games that way.
The reason for why we limit the amount of play-money per 24 hours is for the thrill of the game. Although some players complain that their money runs out too quickly we do this to make the game feel genuine. If we would give players unlimited play-money, it would be difficult to grasp the concept of risk, and the thrill you get from the sensation of winning. Also, you would get accustomed to making unrealistic bets and careless plays.
They are easy to find once you know where to look for them. After entering the poker lobby, you will find the Play tables in the list of game types. Each game type has Play for Fun games, indicated in the following manner: Play followed by the game type; e.g. Play Texas Holdem games. Once you click on this option, all the play for fun tables appear in the centre of the lobby, including the minimum stake per table.
An alias cannot be changed unless it is offensive in which case you are requested to select another name. You are only allowed one alias across all poker rooms on the Microgaming Poker Network (a.k.a. Prima Poker Network) and you are allowed only 1 account with Gnuf.

In the lobby you can view all the tables. Mark the game type, choose a table and double-click. To join the game simply click on an empty seat and buy your chips. If the seats are full you can join the waiting list.
